RETREATS
We tailor-create our retreat meals for your individual retreat. For example, your menu may need to be Vegan, Ayurvedic-based, extra grounding or vibrant, and fresh may be your retreat goals.
Allergies/food preferences
We tailor all our meals to provide for your needs. All menu options will include gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free, soy-free, and nut-free options, however, if you have further preferences we will happily adjust meals for you.

We cook with the goal to nourish your temple. Therefore, all our meals are balanced (protein/carbs/fats), made with love, and abundant in fruits/vegetables.
